How long will it take to receive my order?

You have several shipping options to choose from - they can range from within 1-8 business days, depending on the courier and level of service you select.

Can I return or exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?

Damaged or defective items - Please contact us so we can make a claim with our supplier. You must contact us within 20 days of receiving the item so we can ensure you item is replaced with no cost to you.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Other Reason - Please contact us within 20 days of receiving your item.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
